Projekta apraksts:
The role of our HEI partners in the project is sharing the expertise working with GenZ and Alpha generations in the field of entrepreneurship (innovation management, international business, public relations and similar), helping to develop methodology that meets the demands of HEIs and GenZ and Alpha, testing it and organizing train-the-trainer sessions to disseminate the results of the project. The main aim of the project is to implement innovative entrepreneurship teaching and learning practices for generations Z and Alpha students at European HEIs through innovative science-based methodology (that includes principles of virtual reality, artificial intelligence, critical thinking, business simulation game and other) through international cooperation and synergy between HEIs, VET organisations and European business enterprises.
Projekta mērķis:
The project aims to achieve more effective and technologically advanced entrepreneurship teaching and learning practices for Generation Z and Alpha students at project partner organisations through an innovative methodology that includes a mixture of theoretical and practical methods and materials (virtual reality, business simulation, artificial intelligence) as a result of synergy between higher education institutions, VET organisations and business enterprises in Europe.
Sasniedzamie rezultāti:
The project will raise the quality of entrepreneurship studies in project partner and benefitting organisations: entrepreneurship studies will become more inclusive, accessible and attractive for the new digital generations of European students. As a result of the innovative methodology and training sessions, the students and teachers will acquire essential digital competences and higher education institutions will support the digital transformation of education in Europe.
