Candidate requirements

• Associate Professor position – a doctoral degree in the relevant field of science, or a candidate with appropriate higher education and at least 7 years of practical professional experience in the relevant field;
• Lecturer position – a doctoral degree or a Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least 3 years of teaching experience, or a candidate with appropriate higher education and at least 5 years of practical professional experience in the relevant field;
• Relevant academic and research experience appropriate to the position;
• Good command of foreign languages;
• Proficiency in using digital tools.

Applicants must submit the following documents

• An application addressed to the Rector stating the applicant’s intention to participate in the competition for the position;
• A Curriculum Vitae in Europass format, in Latvian;
• Copies of documents certifying education and qualifications;
• A completed criteria table for the relevant position;
• A completed document summary table for the relevant position;
• Copies of the documents listed in the document summary table.

Gross remuneration according to the applicable qualification category, starting from EUR 20.00 per academic hour.
