Please note that applications for studies can be submitted remotely by registering at my.riseba.lv
Local applicants – citizens and permanent residents of the Republic of Latvia – can receive special offer “Early Bird Discount” for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes (full-time, evening, and distance learning). This offer includes a 25% discount on tuition fees for the second semester to those who begin their studies in the first semester of the first year in September of the 2025/2026 academic year, if the application for studies on my.riseba.lv is submitted no later than May 31, 2025 (inclusive).
*The study agreement has to be signed with the university by 15 July (inclusive). The first tuition payment must be made no later than July 25 of this year (inclusive).
