This master’s programme trains professionals with supervisor qualifications who provide a supervision service – a targeted consultative and educational support provided in a professional context to an individual, group or organisation with the aim of improving professional competence and the quality of professional performance (a supervisor is an independent consultant, invited from the organisation, who can objectively assess a situation from the outside without being the part of the organisation, thus maintaining an objective perspective on various complex situations). During the studies, the student acquires the skills necessary for this position: initial assessment of the supervisee, formulation of supervision goals and tasks, conducting supervision in accordance with problem-solving, counselling and adult education methods, evaluation of the supervision process development, etc.

Full-time studies take place every other Friday evening, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays. Part-time studies take place every other Friday evening and online on Saturdays, as well as once a month on Friday evenings, while practical classes take place on Saturdays and Sundays in person. The learning process is mainly organised in the form of practical group counselling sessions – student reflection groups are organised and students keep professional diaries. The study process integrates art methods, associative cards, role plays, coaching methods and various psychotherapy methods.
