“Business Psychology” is a modern, competitive interdisciplinary programme that includes management, economics, business and psychology. The study subjects of this programme are a real springboard for acquiring the skills of a competitive manager – coaching in business, stress management, innovation management, cyber-psychology, etc. The studies help students to fully understand and gain knowledge about management in which the psychology factor is the key to success.
“Business needs psychology to better understand the needs of employees, to help business become more efficient and grow faster,” is how Professor Maija Zakriževska-Belogrudova, one of the lecturers, describes the programme.

Study methods

On-site studies are conducted under the guidance of teaching staff in the form of both lectures and practical, interactive classes, while distance learning studies take place independently in an e-studio environment (video, audio lectures, electronic reading materials). Group lessons are also held through video conferences. Part-time students have the opportunity to attend guest lectures conducted by industry leaders and organised by RISEBA.

  • If you choose part-time studies, classes take place every other week – on three evenings (18.00–21.00) and one weekend day (9.00 –16.00).
  • In distance learning, you study all the provided materials entirely independently.
