Take a look at the final conference of the Erasmus+ project “Portfolio for Employment”

On January 22, 2025, the final conference of the Erasmus+ KA220-VET project – Portfolio for Employment, containing a variety of tools to facilitate job market access for VET trainees from all backgrounds, took place.
The project’s goal was achieved by developing “Portfolio for Employment” modules, which include various tools to help young people prepare for entering the job market. Within the project, the following were developed:
- A pedagogical methodology for educators, including guidelines for remote, hybrid, and in-person learning;
- Freely accessible training programs consisting of five interactive modules;
- Materials to support job applications for young people;
- Interactive learning materials to help prepare for job interviews;
- Interactive materials and training activities to assist in starting a new job at a company;
- Additional self-reflection tools for personal development.
The keynote speaker at the final conference was Hanna Ishutsinova, HR Director at EPAM Systems Latvia, with over 13 years of experience in HR and people management. For the past two years, Hanna has led the HR department at EPAM Latvia, overseeing more than 1,700 employees.
The project results are available in six languages: Latvian, English, Lithuanian, Spanish, French, and Italian.
