On 4th March 2024 the Rector of Mingachevir State University (Mingəçevir Dövlət Universiteti) Dr Shahin Bayramov together with the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Latvia Mr. Bakhtiyar Musayev visited RISEBA University of Applied Sciences.

During the meeting, the RISEBA management signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, which includes cooperation in research, student mobility and joint projects in education.



Mingachevir State University (MSU) was founded in 1991. There are 3 faculties and more than 3000 students have studied at the University. and more than 300 professors and teacher staff. The university aims to prepare highly qualified personnel contributing to sustainable development, conduct result-oriented scientific research and provide useful social services to society and to become a university of the new era, distinguished by its leading position in the field of education, research and innovation.
