The new academic year has officially begun, bringing students together for their first day at RISEBA
The day began with welcoming speeches and a first introduction to the university campus, followed by a shared lunch and informal conversations over pizza. Students then met with their programme directors to learn more about their chosen study programmes, the study environment and what to expect during their studies.
The day continued with activities specially organised for students from different programmes. Students of the Audiovisual Arts and Media Arts Latvian-language programme attended a guest lecture by actor Radions Kuzmins, while students in the English-language programme met with director Santiago Rivero. Future architects met with architect Jānis Dripe and visited the National Library of Latvia.
We wish everyone an exciting and rewarding academic year filled with new experiences, inspiration and growth!
