EHRM 2022
On June 28, as part of the students practical project of international personnel management “European Human Resource Management – EHRM”, students from Belgium and Denmark presented their solutions for implementing a high performance culture and providing feedback to the airBaltic company.
Students of the RISEBA master’s study programs “Personnel management” and “International business” had the opportunity to participate in projects in Belgium and the Netherlands and to get the feel of personnel management consultants and develop solutions to problems in the field of personnel management for the companies AG Insurance and Proximus (Belgium), Hendrix Genetics (Netherlands).
