On the 25th of May 2023, at the open meeting of the Promotion Council of Economics and Business of RISEBA, LEVS FAINGLOZS was granted the degree of Doctor of Science (Ph. D.) in Economics and Business. L.Fainglozs has defended his PhD thesis “Criteria for Assessing the Founders of Start-ups by Business Angel for Making Investments.”, scientific supervisor – Professor Anatolijs Prokhorovs.
