On August 21, 2026, at 14:00 at the RISEBA University of Business, Arts and Technology, located at Meža Street 3, Riga, an open meeting of the RISEBA University Promotion Council will take place, during which SANDRA STARKE will defend her doctoral thesis “Digital transformation of healthcare: role of sustained learning, empowering human capital and organisational capabilities” (the title in Latvian: “Veselības aprūpes digitālā transformācija: nepārtrauktas mācīšanās, cilvēkkapitāla iespēju stiprināšanas un organizāciju spēju nozīme”) for the degree PhD in Economics and Business.
