Southwestern Advantage representatives are visiting RISEBA University
On February 12, 2025, at 12.00, RISEBA will host Southwestern Advantage representatives – RISEBA alumnus, Associate Sales Leader Kristaps Kaža, and RISEBA student, Southwestern Advantage program participant Laura Gribuste.
The event will take place at Meža iela 3, in Auditorium 102.
Kristaps Kaža, who has over nine years of international experience in sales and leadership, has worked in Latvia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States with Southwestern Advantage. His experience includes personally mentoring over 100 students to excel in one of the world’s most challenging summer internship programs, as well as generating over 800,000 USD in revenue in just three months.
Kristaps holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from RISEBA. His passion for teaching and mentoring helps young people develop essential skills needed for a successful career and personal growth.
Laura Gribuste, a RISEBA student, participates in the Southwestern Advantage program and is an excellent example of how this program helps develop career skills and build a successful future. A Sales Leader with Southwestern Advantage, she ranked in the top 3% of 1,200 students based on her personal results in 2024.
This year, she led a team in California that generated over 500,000 USD in revenue in just three months.
Kristaps and Laura will deliver a lecture titled “Success Starts Now: Career Planning and Entrepreneurial Skills for Students,” where they will share key skills needed to create a successful business and dive into topics such as confidence, priority management, time planning, and leadership development.
