Ryan Davis is a former team member of the Southwestern Advantage sales and leadership program, where he spent 8 years serving more than 20,000 prospective clients. Thanks to his outstanding achievements, he became one of the company’s top lifetime producers, closing over 2,000 deals. In 2011, Ryan was hired at the company’s headquarters, where he trained in business expansion through social media marketing. He was later promoted to Director of Sales Development.
In the spring of 2020, Ryan took on a new challenge—he created and developed the Southwestern LEΔD program. This international leadership training and mentorship program was designed to help young people develop the skills and character necessary to achieve their goals in life. During this time, he has trained over 10,000 young professionals across the U.S. and Europe.
