In the RISEBA University premises, a “Multiplier Event” will take place within the framework of the C-DISK “Certify Digital Soft Skills” (Erasmus+) project.

Project Objectives:
- To support the enhancement of digital skills, including technological knowledge and “soft skills” / e-leadership abilities, for students and employees involved in vocational training and further education processes;
- To contribute to reducing the skills mismatch between supply and demand in the labor market in light of digital transformation;
- To promote the formal recognition of digital skills, encompassing both hard and soft skills, to support transition processes / workforce mobility (within schools, across sectors, territories, and countries);
- To increase the capacity of vocational training organizations to develop and deliver training courses aimed at enhancing digital skills for students and employees.
Project Activities:
- Develop the C-DISK Digital Skills Model by combining ideas from all partners into a unified model;
- Create and distribute the C-DISK online survey to potential respondents – students and employees involved in further education;
- Organize focus groups, offering a practical format for focus group discussions and idea collection to facilitate project implementation activities.
