On 24 November 2025 at 14.00, an open meeting of the RISEBA Doctoral Council was held at RISEBA University, Meža Street 3, Riga, where Jekaterina Novicka successfully defended her doctoral thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economics and Business.

“The impact of big data analytics capability on business performance in a digital sustainability reporting environment”
The thesis makes a significant contribution to understanding how big data analytics capabilities help companies improve performance and adapt to the demands of digital sustainability reporting.
