RISEBA Hosts the 4th International Partner Meeting of the Erasmus+ FORCE AI Project

On 8–9 October 2026, RISEBA University of Applied Sciences hosted the 4th Transnational Partner Meeting of the Erasmus+ FORCE AI project in Riga, bringing together project partners from Latvia, Germany, the Netherlands and Türkiye.

The FORCE AI project aims to strengthen artificial intelligence (AI) knowledge and skills in higher education institutions by developing practical solutions for the effective integration of AI into university management and everyday operations.

During the meeting, partners reviewed the results of the AIM4HE AI training pilot programme, which has attracted significant international interest. Nearly 600 participants from 29 countries have registered for the programme, with more than 300 actively engaged in the learning process.

Particular attention was given to improving the training content, evaluating participants’ learning experiences and exploring opportunities to introduce AI-related micro-credentials in higher education institutions. Partners also agreed on the next steps to ensure that the developed training materials will be freely accessible to a wider audience following the pilot phase.

As a project partner, RISEBA actively contributes to the development of AI competencies and the long-term sustainability of project results, including exploring opportunities to integrate AIM4HE training into the university’s Lifelong Learning Centre.

Through international collaboration, the FORCE AI project supports innovation in higher education and strengthens the readiness of education professionals to effectively use the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence.
