Successful Doctoral Thesis Defence
On 21 August 2026, a successful doctoral thesis defence by Sandra Starke took place at the RISEBA University of Business, Arts and Technology.
At the open meeting of the RISEBA Doctoral Council, Sandra Starke defended her doctoral thesis, “Digital Transformation of Healthcare: The Role of Sustained Learning, Empowering Human Capital and Organisational Capabilities”, in pursuit of a doctoral degree in Economics and Business.
The doctoral thesis was supervised by Professor Iveta Ludviga, Dr. sc. administr. (RISEBA, Latvia).
The thesis was reviewed by:
- Professor Andra Zvirbule, Dr. oec. (Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, Latvia);
- Associate Professor Didzis Rūtītis, Dr. sc. administr. (BA School of Business and Finance, University of Latvia, Latvia);
