RISEBA University Takes Part in International Education Fair in Vietnam

In April 2025, RISEBA University participated in the international education fair Begin Edu Fair in Vietnam. The event was held in the country’s two largest cities – Hanoi on 5 April and Ho Chi Minh City on 6 April.
RISEBA University was represented at the fair by Laura Dauginoviča, a graduate of the university and Assistant to the Rector. The events in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City attracted more than 1,400 visitors.
“I felt truly honoured to represent RISEBA – the university where the foundation for my life and academic success was laid,” shared Laura Dauginoviča. “I was proud to speak about both my professional and personal journey. Meeting motivated, curious young people and their supportive parents once again confirmed how important it is to inspire the next generation and build bridges between cultures.”
Vietnamese students showed a genuine interest in studying abroad. Many had already explored specific academic fields and asked focused questions about studying in Riga. Some attendees were already familiar with Latvia and RISEBA, while for others, this was their first introduction to our country. Laura spoke with pride about Latvian culture, study opportunities, and the unique experience of enjoying all four seasons while living in Latvia.
RISEBA University expresses its sincere gratitude to Laura Dauginoviča for her professional and responsible representation of the university on the international stage. Participation in international education fairs is essential – it expands access to education and helps inform prospective students around the world about study opportunities in Latvia.
We look forward to seeing you at future education events!
