Gatis began his career in advertising in 2005 at BBDO, later moving to Grey Group and Young & Rubicam, where he honed his craft across global campaigns. Since 2015, he has led a multidisciplinary team at Tribe Riga Agency, overseeing cutting-edge work for both local and international brands. His portfolio includes partnerships with top-tier companies like Nike, BMW, Coca-Cola, and airBaltic, producing campaigns that have earned accolades from prestigious advertising festivals, including Golden Hammer and BestBaltic. His work has also been included in the iconic “The Night of the Adeaters” collection.
